Who will provide Home Care services?
  1. Registered Nurses will provide:
    1. Skilled Nursing visits
    2. Maternal/Child visits
    3. Individual teaching (diabetic, medication, nutrition, etc.)
    4. IV therapy
    5. Post surgical care
    6. Ostomy care
    7. Coordination of Community Resources
  2. Home Health Aides will provide:
    1. Assistance with personal care 
      (bathing, grooming, dressing)
    2. Assistance with prescribed exercise and ambulation
    3. Assistance with minimum household tasks
  3. Speech Therapists
  4. Physical Therapists
  5. Occupational Therapists
