Registered Nurse Full-Time (4 positions)
This position is responsible for the delivery of total patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; will maintain standards of professional nursing and goals and objectives of the Med/Surg; and will perform related duties as required. 
Must be a graduate from an approved school of nursing; and be eligible for or currently licensed in the State of South Dakota. Emergency Room experience strongly preferred.  Certification in CPR required.  Must be able to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends.  Full-time positions working 36 hours/week.  Eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.  Pay is dependent on experience.

Material Manager Team Leader Full-Time
The Materials Management Team Leader will be responsible for managing, coordinating, planning, organizing, administering, and directing the program to purchase supplies and equipment and the flow of supplies at the most favorable prices consistent with quality, quantity and efficiency.  Determining best methods of purchasing and directing procedures for procurement, receiving, inspection, storage, distribution, and payment.  Supervises perpetual inventory system, control and issuance of materials.  Maintains contracts with sources of supply, or their representatives, to keep informed of price trends, availability of supplies, new items, and reliability of suppliers.  Prepare and manage annual budget of department.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.  Three to five years’ experience in purchasing or materials management or a combination of education and experience. Experience is preferred in contract negotiations. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills.  Ability to relate effectively to sales personnel and team leaders. Must possess outstanding analytical skills and demonstrate ability to manage organizational wide inventories.

Security Officer Part-Time
The security officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of patients, visitors and staff members of Coteau des Prairies Hospital & Clinic by keeping the hospital and grounds a safe environment, free of violence and other criminal activities.  The security officer is responsible for the protection of property, (buildings, grounds and equipment) owned by CDP at the Sisseton campus.  The security officer may be asked to assist with issues that occur at the remote clinics. 

High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of police or security experience and at least 3-4 years of working experience. Courses or training in Safety and Security preferred.  Possession of current driver's license upon employment is required and your own transportation.  Must have a clean criminal background.  Applicants must have flexibility to work weekend’s shifts and evening shifts as required.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO will be an integral member of the executive management team who contributes to stewarding the organization's overall strategic goals. The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand alongside the CEO, CFO and Director of HR. This position demands a creative, energetic, thoughtful, and organized leader who effectively communicates critical financial and operational matters to the Board. The COO will partner with the CEO in providing the proper level of governance to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, and to ensure strong and appropriate compliance and risk management.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business related field from an accredited institution.  Master's degree is preferred.  Minimum 5 years of professional management experience including 2 years of senior level management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Demonstrated performance improvement and growth management expertise at the highest level of an organization strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication and strategic skills required.  Must possess minimum technical skills including proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office applications.

Clinic Receptionist
Performs administrative tasks in the clinic such as answering phones, filing and data entry and schedules patient appointments. This position is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, guests, & others calling or coming into the clinic. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and general clerical skills.  Must be proficient with a computer and have experience answering phones.  Must provide exceptional customer service. Must have the ability to adapt well to change, be able to multi-task in a busy environment, and maintain professionalism in stressful situations. Must have the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. A high school diploma and one year of front office/receptionist experience in a medical setting.

Business Office Clerk
This position performs a variety of business office support functions in areas of admissions, patient accounts, billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general office support.
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is required.  Three to five years of clerical and/or customer service experience is required.   Prior experience in a healthcare setting, hospital admissions, registration, medical office and/or the working use of medical terminology is preferred. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.  Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks. Must have core computer knowledge and skills to fulfill the functions of the job. Must have the ability to maintain effective relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
