Security Officer – Full-time
The security officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of patients, visitors and staff members by keeping the hospital and grounds a safe environment, free of violence and other criminal activities. The security officer is responsible for the protection of property and assures safety standards are used which comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Maintains visitor control during and/or after visiting hours. Works directly with on-duty director, manager or charge nurse, to determine appropriate response to active incident or other security situation.
Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of police or security experience and at least 3-4 years of working experience. Courses or training in Safety and Security preferred. Possession of current driver's license upon employment is required and your own transportation. Must have a clean criminal background. Applicants must have flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends. This is a full-time night position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Maintenance Worker – Full-time
Perform a variety of general building maintenance repairs and services. Performs grounds keeping responsibilities including snow removal, grass cutting, landscaping. Enforces facility regulations and assures safety and security through the facility. Must have a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of related experience. Must be reliable, responsible, and the ability to exercise good judgment and work independently. Work schedule will vary depending on the needs of facility. Hours will include a combination of days, afternoons, evenings and weekends. This is a full-time night position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Home Health RN - Full-Time
Provides patient care services to assigned home health clients. Assesses plans, teaches, gives and evaluates nursing care. Provides nursing care and services that is in accordance with Home Health Department patience care and general medical policies. Performs selected nursing procedures such as dministration of medications and treatments prescribed by the physician and preparation and care of patients receiving specialized treatments.
Must be a graduate of an accreddited school or nursing and hold current licensure in the State of South Dakota as an RN. Must have a valid drivers license with good driving record. Must own/use vehicle to make home visits. Mileage is reimbursed. This is a full-time day position (40 hours) with a comprehensive benefits package.
Housekeeping Aides - Part-Time
Responsible for a variety of housekeeping related duties. Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions. Must be available to work weekends. Experience preferred but will train. Part-time positions working approximately 20+ hours per week. Eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. Pay is dependent on experience.
Business Office Clerk - Part-Time (2 positions available)
Perform a variety of business office support duties including patient registration, accounts payable, answering telephone and patient/visitor inquiries. Must be willing to cross-train and provide backup support to all areas of the business office. Requires a high school diploma and at least one year experience working in a business office environment. Additional coursework or equivalent experience in business or related field. Must be detail oriented, organized, have great customer service skills and a positive attitude. Previous hospital and/or business office experience preferred. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Will accept applications from high school students. Eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.

Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (RN/LPN); Hospital
The position is responsible for the delivery of total patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; will maintain standards of professional nursing and goals and objectives of the Med/Surg; will preform related duties as required. Must be a graduate from an approved school of nursing; and be eligible for or currently licensed in the State of South Dakota. Emergency Room experience strongly preferred. Certification in CPR required. Must be able to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends. Full-time position working 36 hours/week. Eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. Pay is dependent on experience.
Manager of Dietary Services – Full-time
This position provides overall responsibility for the functions and direction of the dietary services department. The dietetic service shall be organized so that the daily nutritional needs of the patients are met and provide safe, palatable and appropriate food. Coordination between dietary services and nursing services is essential. Sanitation and proper food handling are an essential element. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Three years of progressively responsible experience in dietary services or an equivalent combination of education and experience is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must possess a current CDM or Dietetic Certification.
