Security Officer
The security officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of patients, visitors and staff members of Coteau des Prairies Hospital & Clinic by keeping the hospital and grounds a safe environment, free of violence and other criminal activities.  The security officer is responsible for the protection of property, (buildings, grounds and equipment) owned by CDP at the Sisseton campus.  The security officer may be asked to assist with issues that occur at the remote clinics.  High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of police or security experience and at least 3-4 years of working experience. Courses or training in Safety and Security preferred.  Possession of current driver's license upon employment is required and your own transportation.  Must have a clean criminal background.  Applicants must have flexibility to work weekend’s shifts and evening shifts as required.

Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
This position is responsible for overseeing all nursing functions, emergency room, operating room, infection control, home health, respiratory therapy, and cardiac rehabilitation. This position reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team.
 
Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and five years of progressively responsible management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s Degree is preferred, or progress towards the completion of the Master’s degree.  Must have current RN licensure to practice in South Dakota.  This is a full-time exempt position with a full benefits package.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO develops, implements and directs the accounting functions of CDP including general ledger, accounts payable, budgeting and reimbursement, financial analysis, and reporting.  This position is distinguished by its responsibility for managing the hospital and clinic’s accounting functions; monitoring and measuring actual performance against budgeted, and managing specialized reimbursement and budget programs.  This position is also responsible for overseeing the Business Office and associated departments.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.  Master's degree is preferred.  Minimum 3-5 years of significant hospital financial experience as a hospital CFO or Assistant CFO.  Must be capable of supervising general accounting, patient financial services, including registration, billing and collection. Strong leadership, communication and strategic skills required.

Dietary Aide Part-Time

Under the supervision of the Manager of Dietary Services and the cook, the Dietary Aide maintains prompt, accurate and efficient tray and cafeteria services to patients, visitors, and employees.  Also provides food-related services for meetings and special functions.
 
Must have or be in the process of obtaining a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age. This position is part-time working approximately 22 hours per week and will be eligible for benefits.
